BOARD MEETING MINUTES       December 19, 2016

The regular meeting of the Lancaster Chapter Board of Directors was held at Lombardo’s Restaurant. President Bill Young called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM.

Club members attending: None

Secretary’s Report: Reading of the last meeting minutes was waived. Mike Rohrbach made a motion to approve the regular and special November Board Meeting Minutes. The motion was seconded by Rolland King, and approved.

Treasurer’s Report: Jim Warner was not present, and there was no report.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Membership – Scott Ulrich made a motion to reluctantly accept Kathy Kunkel’s letter of resignation. The motion was seconded by Mike Rohrbach and approved.

 Old Business – Nothing new was reported.

New Business – Nothing new was reported

Next Meeting – The January Board Meeting will be held at the home of Cindy and Mike Rohrbach on Wednesday, January 11 at 7:30 PM.

Having no further business, the meeting adjourned at 1:10 PM.
